We currently offer a range of options for attending Harvard Park Pre-school in Isleworth, which include (all are relative to term time only):

Full Days: 8:30am to 3:30pm - with 4:30pm finishes available.

Morning sessions, 8:30am to 11:30am

Afternoon sessions, 12:30pm to 3:30pm - with 4:30pm finishes available.

2 full days and a half day session.
We require a minimum of 15 hours per week and each has a different price which are detailed below.
As we are a term time only setting, funded hours are non-stretched. This means 30 hours will be reflected as 30 hours, and 15 hours will be reflected as 15 hours; meaning you can use your full entitlement for a full week of childcare. We calculate a weekly charge by charging hours which are not covered by the funding. For example, 3 full days has 3 hours not covered by funding. These hours are then charged at our hourly rate of £10.00 for over 2 years and £13.00 for under 2 years. . To work out a termly fee simply take the required amount and multiply by the number of weeks in a term (for example, 12 or 13). We do not charge for August meaning your final payment with us will be in June to cover the final weeks of term through July. We are only allowed to claim for what you attend - for example, if you are only attending for 20 hours but are entitled to 30, we will claim the 20 and hours outside of this that are additional will be chargeable.
We have an optional consumable charge in place - you are free to opt out of these charges however, there are terms and conditions you will need to abide by and will be invited into a meeting to discuss what this means so you are able to make a fully informed decision.
The Baby Centre - New for January 2027
Welcome to Harvard Park's new Baby Centre at Harvard Park Pre-school! We are thrilled to offer a term-time only schedule, providing exceptional care for children aged 9 months and up. With extensive experience in nurturing and supporting babies, we are committed to fostering a loving and engaging environment for babies and young children. Our Baby Centre is aimed for children aged between 9 months and 24 months. However, for those children who are reaching the age of 24 months, it will be determined where your child will be suit prior to them starting at Harvard Park.
Our early years education program for children under 2 years provides a safe, soft, and padded area to support non-mobile infants, along with a separate quiet for restful sleep, adhering to the latest safer sleeping guidelines. With a wide selection of toys to nurture curiosity and access to a large natural space shared with our Pre-School room, children also enjoy regular local walks using our dedicated pushchairs, ensuring they experience fresh air and the joys of outdoor exploration.
We are dedicated to supporting children in developing their self-help and self-feeding skills while ensuring safe eating practices. Our facility is equipped with a variety of highchairs, low tables, and chairs suitable for babies and young children, and our early years educators are trained in Paediatric First Aid and Allergies and Anaphylaxis. We also embrace baby weaning and are eager to collaborate with parents and carers to align with their routines as much as possible. Our spacious area allows children to engage with their pre-school peers and other early years educators, fostering secure bonds that are essential for their development and help with a smoother transition into the Pre-School room when they are of suitable age and stage . We believe that strong connections formed during these early years set the foundation for a positive learning experience. We have plans to re-locate into an adjoining room to accommodate our growing numbers and increasing interest. This room will be available to view when you are visiting us and we can talk you through our future plans.

The Pre-School - for children aged 25 months+
Our early years education setting is committed to creating a supportive and enriching atmosphere for young children, featuring a wide array of toys and equipment specifically designed to meet their diverse developmental needs. Our experienced early years educators are well-equipped to assist children with a variety of requirements, while emphasizing safe eating and sleeping practices crucial for their well-being.
Additionally, we provide access to a spacious outdoor area for all weather conditions and offer specialised programs like Forest School, Bucket Time and Box of Feelings, tailored to each child's unique needs and supporting any additional targets children may have from outside agencies such as Speech and Language or Occupational Therapy. In addition to a broad selection of toys that inspire curiosity, children enjoy regular local walks and access our outdoor space to experience fresh air and outdoor adventures.
We focus on fostering self-help skills while maintaining safe practices surrounding sleeping, eating and resting, with our educators trained in Paediatric First Aid and Allergies and Anaphylaxis. We aim to support children during their time with us ensuring they are "School Ready" or have the confidence in themselves and their abilities to adapt to a new setting. Our support goes beyond the basics of care giving and aims to ensure that children have an understanding and able to regulate themselves, their emotions and have a wider understanding of the world around them.
We offer a term-time only schedule with sessions to accommodate your family's needs. We accept various childcare vouchers, government schemes, and provide support for those who receive universal credit, ensuring that families can access early education. Our commitment is to create a loving and environment for young children and their families.

The staff at Harvard Park Preschool are all well-tuned in to the needs of the child. As a parent, this was and is very reassuring because of a past experience that wasn't easy for us. Harvard Park place children first and this is evident in how the children react to seeing their teachers and how they
