Funding and Payment options
There are many forms of payment and we accept bank transfers, direct debit or standing order payments. We do also accept childcare vouchers such as Edenred, Universal Credit and funded hours. There are several ways in which you can find out if you are eligible to receive financial support from the Government and/or other avenues. Websites such as:

Please note: At both the day nursery and pre-school there will be additional charge's in place which are referred to as optional or voluntary consumables charges and unfunded hours. Please be sure to check what your final payment will be before you sign our terms and conditions and you can contact us for a personal quote before you make any decisions. Where there maybe times of hardship, we are here to help and make adjustments.
Pre-School, Isleworth - TW7
We currently offer a range of options for attending Harvard Park Pre-school in Isleworth, which include (all are relative to term time only):

We require a minimum of 15 hours per week and each has a different price which are detailed below.

As we are a term time only setting, funded hours are non-stretched. This means 30 hours will be reflected as 30 hours, and 15 hours will be reflected as 15 hours; meaning you can use your full entitlement for a full week of childcare. We calculate a weekly charge by charging hours which are not covered by the funding. For example, 3 full days has 3 hours not covered by funding. These hours are then charged at our hourly rate of £10. To work out a monthly fee simply take the required amount, multiply by 38 weeks and divide by 10 months for your calculated spread. We do not charge for July and August meaning your final payment with us will be in June. We are only allowed to claim for what you attend - for example, if you are only attending for 20 hours but are entitled to 30, we will claim the 20 and hours outside of this that are additional will be chargeable.
We have an optional consumable charge in place - you are free to opt out of these charges however, there are terms and conditions you will need to abide by and will be invited into a meeting to discuss what this means so you are able to make a fully informed decision.

This is an optional charge however, if you choose to opt out of these charges - you will be invited to a meeting to discuss your options and what opting out means.
Day Nursery, Feltham - TW13
There are many versions in which you choose to spend the week with us at Harvard Park Day Nursery in Feltham. We are open to working with you and adapting to family situation, we are open 51 weeks of the year and closed for the Christmas period - our timings are as follows:

To work out your requirements, simply multiple the amount by your weekly session, for example - 3 mornings multiplied by £65.00, multiply this amount by 51 weeks and divide it by 12 months to workout your calculated spread or monthly cost. Our hourly rate currently stands at £13.00 an hour. Discounts are applied to 4 and 5 days, 4 days receive a 10% discount and 5 days receive a 20% discount.

As we are open all year round, funded hours are stretched. This means 30 hours will be reflected as 22.35. We calculate a weekly charge by charging hours which are not covered by the funding. For example, 3 days has 7.65 hours not covered by funding. these hours are then charged at our hourly rate. To work out a monthly fee simply take the required amount, multiply by 51 weeks and divide by 12 months for your calculated spread.
